Key People Harry Dolan, President A licensed broker since 1965, Dolan holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. A graduate of Loyola University and a former Marine, Dolan is a 35 year resident of Lincolnshire. Dolan has concentrated in commercial real estate for more than forty years beginning as Project Manager of Oak Brook Center in the late 60's. Steve Dietz, Financial Vice President   Steve Dietz has been with Dolan Associates since 1984. Dietz holds a CPA designation ( Certified Public Accountant) and a Masters degree in Taxation from DePaul University. He previously was with national real estate syndicator Balcor Company as Controller of General Partner Accounts. Dietz lives in Green Oaks.
